Stefanie Philpott is a writer, producer and director. Her first short film, Sweet Nothings, screened at the BronzeLens film festival and the Hip Hop Film Festival in 2020. Her first webseries, Shoutout 2 My Therapist, screened at the Micheaux Film Festival and Afrikana Independent Film Fesitval in 2022. Vision Board Living is about seeing things and executing and that’s what Stefanie does with all of her productions, along with the help of her team. She wants to make sure that the true voices of the characters are being heard and she’s passionate about the stories she wants to tell.

Stefanie was selected as one of the ten Emerging Black Filmmakers for Comcast NBCUniversal’s Black Experience on Xfinity grant in 2023.

She is currently in pre-production for the second season of the anthology series, Shoutout 2 My Therapist, that will follow a Black man in his 30’s as he starts the journey of looking for a new therapist while also working on the relationships around him.
